Dr. Thomas A. Stout, OD, FAAO Dr. Stout is a native West Virginian, born in Clarksburg and raised in Bridgeport. He attended West Virginia University, receiving his baccalaureate degree in chemistry, and graduating Summa Cum Laude. Grant early admission to Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, Dr. Stout received his Doctorate in 1980. He also completed a specialty internship in ocular disease at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. Dr. Erica L. Mancini, OD Dr. Mancini is originally from Steubenville, Ohio. She attended West Liberty State College, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2002, and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She attended The Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, receiving her doctorate in 2007. After graduation, Dr. Mancini completed a year residency in ocular disease at the Huntington VA Medical enter, in Huntington, WV. Dr. Dona Wratchford, OD Dr. Dona Wratchford’s true passion is children. She focuses her practice on pediatrics and binocular vision including children with special needs. Through specialized testing and vision therapy she is able to diagnose and treat various issues with the binocular and perceptual pathways of the visual system.
